Have they killed anybody yet?

Any of you guys heard of Halo Lifts? They don't make kits for Toyotas but they do for GM, Chevy and Ford. Been thinking about an upgrade for the Ford. A coilover kit and new rear shocks is about the same as the Fox Performance series kit but they are a smaller, US made company with great customer service. They seem like a neat option. They use 700# Eibach springs for their kits, just wondering if anyone has heard of them. They used to be F150 Lifts.

Yeah, I know, these guys are a pretty small shop though and they make all their stuff in house. The owner of the company is the one who takes your order. Icon is a little out of my price range for what I'm looking to accomplish. My truck is staying at stock height and won't see any off road action. These guys also offer a weather protection coating to help prevent corrosion, something I haven't seen on Fox, King or Icon.

The weatherwrap is probably just a clear 3m vinyl wrap or at least that's what it sounds like to me

I sort of want to buy some 3m clear vinyl and wrap my shocks before winter comes, if it ever comes, its 60+ outside wtf new england lol

Reading through their stuff, it sounds like they build their stuff on house. Their springs are Eibach but the rest it seems like they CNC their own. Who knows what parts they source from where though.

Exactly, the owner said somewhere it's similar to the clearbra stuff you can put on the leading edge of your vehicle. Nothing spectacular but after seeing what a set of Fox, Icon or King shocks look like after a couple New England winters, I can't believe they don't do something similar. No reason for a suspension set up with that kind of price tag to look like shit that quickly.

 

well that settles it, im buying clear bra stuff to put on my shocks 6112s/5160s

 

Icon sells a cover for their coilovers. kinda looks like a sock.

 

maybe I should have bought them. too late now. Edit: never mind they want $63 for them lol
