It was the Body ECU so its the computer for the interior of the truck. My dome light wouldnt turn off, turning signals wouldn't work, ultraguage couldn't connect, ABS light came on, traction control light came on...I think that was about it. Nothing too bad where I wasn't able to drive it. The fix wasn't too bad either. I just removed the fuse box and switched a circuit board then reinstalled.

Your fuel pump that lives in the gas tank will be floating high and dry if you run it down below a quarter tank.

The gas cools it. Might not be good to do that too often. I fill up all my vehicles or at least put more gas in them whenever they get down to 1/4 tank.

First and last time, amiright? :D

FWIW, I had a '06 Ford Fusion that had the miles til empty number and once ran it down to literally zero... about 200 feet from the gas station.
I wondered how many feet I had left as I coasted up to the pump. Don't plan on testing my Taco the same way.

yeah I didn't really want to push it this far, but I occasionally get points built up for gas at kroger and I had to push it till today to get gas and I was confident I could make it I just didn't think I'd cut it that close.

Hate miles till empty things. My mom's rav4 has one of those and it said I had 200km to empty as I passed a highway sign that said 170km to home. But 150km down the road I was 0km to empty and still 20km from gas! made it, but was not impressed with the tech

I tried to thin down the loop in my flasher relay to get rid of the hyper flash from putting LEDs in. That got rid of the hyper flash but didnt let my 4 ways work. So I installed one of these.
    image.jpg
Now I have working lights. One of my LED bulbs shorted out, so I have LEDs in the back and incandescent in the front for now. When I get new LEDs for the front, I can adjust the flasher without having to remove anything.

Sooo, for the low low price of 8USD (or 25 CAD after shipping) I can put my LED turn signals back in!? I removed them because I didn't like how hot the resistors got and didn't want to do the dremel process I've read about.

    I'm gonna order dat.
