This is competative. It's beating the Tacoma, but you know Ford's got a lot of pride....they'll push the Ranger to the Taco numbers in a heartbeat.

It has been widely rumored that the interior of the compact truck will present as simpler as well as more car-like than before. The instrument panel will host an eight inch touch screen display while the materials used within the cabin will differ from its predecessors. The infotainment system has been said to have been revised and consumers will be presented with parking sensors and a rearview camera for enhanced safety.

 

I've never like the Ranger, but all the ones I've driven have always been solid. (I've never owned one)

 

Not a fan of the center column control center aesthetic, but the rest of it seems to be nicely appointed.

 

See I don't get this. Build your truck for truck people. Let car people buy cars. If you close the dynamic you limit the sales potential.

Car people are buying Trucks. That is the bread and the butter of the sales.
