I wish this thing could wheel! I've been focusing on the rear. Gonna Notch the front leaf mounts into the frame.:sawzall: Had to move the gas tank so I'm emptying the sucker right now haha I sure don't like the taste of gas as much as the ole white Delight does :burp: anyways I had a minute to post some progress

Here's the shackles and the mounts. Random shackles to see how she sits then I will get the size I need

Thanks dude  I've got one side of the frame notched and tacked in! The shackles are welded too so it's time to fit the springs. Hope my measurements are right lol

So I finished the power steering the other night. The left side (high pressure to the pump) is a number 6 fitting 59" long I believe. The right fitting (low pressure side) is an adapter I had to buy from psc part number (PSCSF07) it's a 17mm (Pump side) to 1.5 adapter then I got a barb clamp for a 3/8 hose 67" long and ripped er in there! No clamp required apparently. Then I just hose clamped it on the reservoir side. P.S. It's getting cold so I bought chains. Jk this is how I'm going to flex this puppy because all I have is a track hoe.

A new bolt here, a new bolt there, a new bolt everywhere.
Awesome build makes me wonder if I should've gone with a solid axle instead.

King sent me some springs from a chart they had. Said it would work, so it's a 250 lb 16" up top with a 350lb 15" on bottom. They set it up weird with the bigger spring on top. Then the spacer is upside down but easy fix. I'm aint sure how it rides yet.

Oh well that kinda sucks, easy fix tho. I'm going with (2.0x12") 200lb 12" over 250lb 14" :D Still waiting on more parts:thumbsup: Can't stop watching your build:bowdown:

Oohhh man! That's heaven right there!:yay: How you mounting them rear dampeners?! I ordered a kit from bamf (unwelded) that looks like this. My plan is to make it a little different so I can fit 14" kings. What's your take :goingcrazy:
