Am i the only one who despises Amazon?

 

Nah, I have a strange old Neo-Marxist professor that also despises Amazon.

 

You aren't alone.

They aren't always the best price any longer and I have to pay tax whey they fulfill. I avoid using them as much as possible. If I do, I avoid paying shipping by combining orders to meet the minimum purchase amout to take advantage of 'free' shipping.

I have to agree the price savings aren't what they used to be. But still enough good deals to be found that the student price for prime $49.00 isn't a big deal. The free shipping is the reason I bother with it.

Also I'm not kidding the professor is very real, I do not like his class but it required and he was the only one teaching it this quarter.

I won't be in the alps for another 15 days or so. I have been swing pics from friends that have been through there recently.

I feel like Apple product whores use Amazon. Stupid fake status garbage.

eBay is good too, lots more fakes as there is less sales policing but still good. I think the connection between apple and Amazon is a bit of a hasty generalization, they are opposing companies and the thrifty people looking to save money with free shipping are most likely the same to be paying less and building their own computer or using a cheapo windows throwaway (both of which I do).

I use Amazon for free shipping on a large variety of products. Pays for itself with clothes/shoes. Not to mention my sister lives in Alaska. Shipping on birthday/Christmas gifts for her family alone pays for it.

That said, I wish I wasn't as reliant on amazon but without it I would have to travel to either cheyenne or Fort Collins to get some things.

 

It will be pretty weird, but when it's time I think I'll be ready for it. I've been living this fairy tale of non stop fun and travel for...holy fuck 7 months now. Jesus.
I just have to make sure when I return to reality I kick start a new life that's just as much fun. If I go back to the same thing even a little, the whole trip will have been for not lol

I'd love to have ya on the fuck it all trips . But they are very personal and rewarding, so you might have to devise your own fuck it all trips!

I'm excited! I am charging my Go Pro and I rented a wide angle lens for my DSLR today at school.

Oh that's a bummer. I just looked up the lens I borrowed and it costs more than twice the cost of my camera. Takes really nice pics though 180degree viewing angle is sweet

 

What size and what speed card are you using?
