What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

This is discouraging. I will just leave the LEDs out for a while longer.

 

Got the OEM floor mats I ordered dirty.
It was intense.

Also ordered a cabin filter, an LED bulb to replace the weak dome light and some new wipers because it might rain Monday.

 

Just installed my crime stopper deluxe heated seats last night in my regular cab's cloth bench seat. I think I might be the only one on here with a heated bench seat!

I don't recall what ones they are, one of the knock-off brands from Amazon. Put them on two years ago after my driver's side lost a fight to a tree. Haven't had any issues with them so far

Is this normal? This is the first time I saw it. I have started putting more miles on the truck 400-500 week.

Not a mechanical export but I think you have antifreeze in your oil

 

Between your longer trips, do you do short trips? Condensation and "milky" oil in the cap are common with short trips that do not allow the engine to warm up and burn off moisture. If you are worried about it, check the oil on the dipstick.

 

Finally scored on Craigslist and found a topper for $500!

 

If anyone wants to go on a scavenger hunt there's a taillight somewhere in the Mojave.
Managed to lose a taillight on my commute home Thursday night. In hindsight, trying to do 100 mph off road may not have been the "best" decision...

nothing to worry about, its colder at the fill cap thats where the condensation mixes with the oil residue, ive done 2 oil analyses and neither have shown any water (or antifreeze) at all

Gained at least 2.5HP with this mod...!
