Someday I'll have to replace my square cup holders. Lucky me now has two trucks with the squares LOL

I love the hardiness of the cup holders in our 94. Annoyingly in front of the switches but on one of the trails we pretty much fell off a giant rock on the passenger side, had two full bottles of water in it, they flew up as the truck went down, truck slammed down onto a rock (we have a really nice dent in the slider from that haha), the water then shot through the bottom of the cupholder. I was like NOOOOOO because I thought it broke. After we got back I found the little metal S pieces and popped them back in, good as new

Should be a relaxing weekend. WRX is in the shop so I can straighten up and re-arrange my third car area of my garage.

@teamhypoxia since my wife needed some new tires and I've been real impressed with Michelin man's tires I figure I go that route.

Let me know how you like those as they're on my short list of new tires for my wife's car.

Don't remember all the names right now but we put a set of Michelins on the sienna that actually sucked real bad.
Traded them in on some different Michelins that have been great.

How did you get your truck's old Michelins to fit on the Sienna?

Well shit bud. These are a newer tread style tire. If they suck I'll know who to blame and point the wife in your direction. :p

@chenbro Ill let you know after the winter. They say you can get 60,000 out of them. But the roads here are really corse. So if I could get 45-55 out of them that would be great.

That is the only brand I buy for cars. They seem to last longer then the cost difference would make up for. Sometimes value costs more.

I've had a weird experience both of the last two days when I first start my truck in the morning. Basically, it feels like the wheels are locking up or the parking brake is still engaged, and I'm unable to get it to move. Yesterday I put it in 4H and was eventually able to rock myself out of the driveway, and after 30 seconds on the road everything seemed more or less back to normal (put it back into 2H as soon as I was out of the driveway). This morning it was worse- I was eventually able to back out of my driveway by using the diff lock (when I first got movement in the rear wheels the passenger side just spun), but then couldn't get it to move in 1st once I was out of the driveway (back in 2H). Eventually I was again able to get myself moving through a combination of 4L and a smoking clutch, and again once I was on the road everything seemed more or less back to normal.

Anyone have any ideas what could cause this? Did that description even make sense? I've never heard of a frozen parking break, but does that happen on these trucks? Also, reverse seemed to free up much more quickly than any of my forward gears, if that means anything...

Frozen parking brake, very common once it gets wet and freezes. :)
Yep, backing up usually helps to release it. I avoid using it in the winter if I can help it.
