Depending on how you're coming up, you could always jump on 88 out of PA, thru Central NY and then hop on 90. You'd avoid anything even resembling NYC.

:bananadance: Morning all. Happy Saturday to me since I finally got my truck back from the dealer after 2 weeks and even got a bonus check from my new job. Not that I'll ever see it since I'm married haha

We will likely be hitting 84 from 81. But I'll check the maps and see if all the other suggestions fit better.

Thanks for the suggestions! Can't wait to get out of this state and back home. Way too many people down here.

They are redoing rt 93 in southern nh. The traffic isn't to bad though. You could always head up rt3 to avoid 93north .

Do you use Google maps? I just follow the lady. She'll suggest faster routes around traffic

I had the same one as Scott when i had my 09 Taco, used it for a rear air locker and oba, i had issues when i first got it,it kept blowing fuses, sent back to ARB and they fixed the problem and it worked great afterwards, they had great customer service, i'd definitely buy one again.

I heard Waze does a better job of that. I just started using Waze so I can't verify that. The last few updates of Google maps made it unusable on my phone.

Gas tank rotted out. I've spent about 5 hours in the last few days, and after completely removing the rear diff, axles, rear crossmember and suspension, along with a plethora of dried out hoses and stuck wires, I have removed the damn gas tank. Now I have to swap all the lines over, replace all the lines that are dried out, undercoat the crap out of the tank, replace my fuel filler neck most likely, install the high flow fuel pump for the turbo swap, reinstall the tank, rear subframe and crossmember, rear diff and axles, install my new struts all the way around, and then cry in a corner.

For being a Toyota guy, I'm happy I've done this all by myself, and in a somewhat respectable amount of time

Waze is good, but doesn't do over 1000 mile trips.

Yeah, she is routing us around quite a bit so far. I just know that NYC is a cluster no matter what hour you hit it.

We are going up 91 to come into Keene. 202/9 sucks, but we have a stop over that way first.

    20 hours to go!

Lots of driving! As long as you avoid RI you should remain sane even though New England drivers are worse than most.

When I drive I always create checkpoints along the way. Usually awesome restaurants. I wish I was computer savvy I had a great idea to make a road trip app that would give your route options with high rated restaurants/food places as stop offs. But I struggle turning on my computer lol.

We stopped at a BBQ place in southington CT on the way to PA. About as quick as fast food because the food is already cooked hanging out in the smoker.

To many people and not enough roadway. Guaranteed to be stuck in traffic for ages.
