Nice, good info. My fan clutch was toast too, but that just made it not be able to release, so it was always on, sounded like a jet engine. I wouldn't think that if it was stuck off, like yours might be, it would totally unable to cool. Good test would be turn off truck when hot, and try and spin fan blade by hand. should be locked in place, if not I think your right that would need to be replaced. a hundred bucks or so ain't bad. Def get the coolant pressure test, or buy a kit and DIY

Also good idea to bleed coolant system. You can do this by opening the bleed valve, fill radiator until fluid starts to come out of bleed valve. Shut the valve, cap the radiator, start the engine and make sure fans kick on before overheating.

Hell, I'd order just the fan clutch off Amazon and get two day shipping. $89 for OEM Aisin, just need a 10 and 12mm to swap. Between the fan and the pressure test, you might have this solved

Dang, I made a mistake buying the green fan clutch from my local dealer and spent $200...

Yeah bro the fan spins pretty easily when I was in there it was still warm and it spins with no lock at all so I'm hoping it fixes the problem and I'll have to check for the pressure system test kit and for buying the fan clutch my local salvage yard has a couple for sale $51 and $87

Our trucks don't have bleed valves, I think your referring to the drain petcock on the rad. The concern for air in the system is really to do with the block and heater core, not the radiator. Air escapes from radiator through the cap, if there's any in there. You want to make sure to fill block first, then rad and let the rad "burp" the air out by letting it run with cap off, full heat on and rev slightly, then replace cap to avoid scalding. let cool and recheck coolant level

Engine oil looks fine I checked it a couple times to make sure, it's dark brown and reminds me it's due for an oil change here n a couple miles

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
It looks like the intake manifold gasket is leaking.

Hey guys thanks for all the help and suggestions, I replaced both lower intake manifold gaskets it was leaking around parts of the gasket, the lower plenum gasket, while I was in there the knock sensor wire, had a fuel injector leak when I got everything in it(replaced the o-ring), valve cover gaskets and bolt washers, Spark plugs, Upper and lower radiator hoses w/ new clamps, pcv valve, new radiator cap, everything genuine OEM and after all this it kept overheating just a tad and then I fell in and ended up replacing the radiator with an aftermarket denso and added brand new toyota super long life 50/50 coolant, it doesn't overheat and I feel like it has more power than before and I even bought a brand new optima yellow top battery.
