    hello,
I was curious if anyone had any ideas on any compounds or polishes you can put on the black fenders in order to prevent fading.
    Thanks!

Aerospace 303 for me also. Used it on older vehicles and it's better than most of the commercial stuff off the auto parts shelves.
No oily slick shine and doesn't leave that residue that slings everywhere if on your tires. Doesn't need much to work on all the exposed plastics.

    This.

Or plastidip it and peel it off, reapply every other year or so.

I put bushwhacker flares on my Tacoma. I didn't want to paint them so I put klasse sealant on them. It made them a little shinier but they are definitely protected from the elements. I put 3 coats. The stuff lasts for up to a year.

Yes, in the boating industry. It works well to keep those black plastic consoles looking good. I am about to use it on my wifes Rav4, it has the black plastic between the front and rear windows.

I used to work in the marine industry with upholstery and canvas, and the 303 is some amazing stuff from the stand point of UV protection and drying vinyl. It's not great at abrasion resistance so if your are planning on wheeling and what to avoid 'natural pin striping' the 303 is useless and I stand by my claim of bedliners. But if it's just to avoid graying out the plastic the 303 is the correct tool to use. I've seen it pull off the kind of dashboard recoveries that you would expect to see on 3AM infomercials.

Their products are terrible for longevity. Especially their dash board cleaner. Each product looks great while on but wears off quickly and usually causes fading and cracking (of any vinyls)
