that's a lost cause at this point. maybe one day i'll see if i can put a dent in the mud. but years of mud and dirt has stained everything in there.

Long term opinion on your snorkel prefilter? Any issues with it or the adapters you used to mount it? Would you buy it again, or go with another brand/model?

 

i havent used it that much lately. i'll throw it on for the winter most likely...so for the limited use of the filter and performance it has, its a good choice.

i'll most likely get the same brand for the FJ in the spring.

Got an Airflow in the mail, don't feel like waiting on the group buy catastrophe to play out and I don't trust the makeshift liner I made over long distances in the desert on my next couple of trips.

Yeah I looked at the specs on the prefilter and it doesn't look like changed their model line up, should still be good.

BOB that engine bay is ridiculous with dirt!!! Gramps got me on the train of spraying it out every once in a while at the car wash. I let the water come out of the high pressure washer without pulling the handle and spray certain areas off with no problems
