looks like something, best option may be to sand it down clean and paint over the section

Por15 works great, but it's all in the prep. You need to grind/ sand/ wire wheel down to bare metal first, and then follow the directions accordingly. A little over kill, if you ask me. It's not like you're doing the entire frame. Just spray paint it.

I have full access to the OEM ecm... It allows me to change different stuff in the ecm... The difference between the two is the turbo vane position, in the sections of the table for idle.. there are negligible performance differences between the two and its purely about sound... The rumble tune has the turbo more open, so more exhaust bypasses the turbo without spinning the wheel and creates a louder sound.... With the whistle tune more exhaust is forced through the wheel quieting the rumble down but producing a louder whistle instead

Wow that's pretty cool. So the exhaust can bypass the turbo, like a wastegate that opens at idle?

I'd still say ruble at idle. Then you can still catch people off guard, and whistle later.

Holy witchcraft. Man, technology is amazing now a days. I haven't had a turbo car since a eclipse GSX. I remember when twin scrolls were the rage.
