I can do this with my Ford, but you Toyota owners are screwed. Apparently your 'learning' ECU isn't a quick study. :stirthepot:

Yup, Lights can't be on in states with inspections but in CT we don't have any safety inspections so he'd be OK with the light on.

Mass is the same way. It's stupid cause it's not really a part of emissions system. Sure you'll see worse mileage if you're tires are under inflated, but who cares.

Really I may have to look into that my TPMS light stays on constantly I believe it's due to the fact that when I got my wheels and tires the Ecu wasn't flashed to the new TRMS sensors in the new wheels and tires ? ? Does this sound plausible ? ? Any suggestions to get this this freaking light off I'm bout to do a super mod and put a 1/2inch square of electrical tape over the light hahaha

New sensors are why the light is on. If you have the codes, I have the software to reprogram them...

Not sure if my FJ doesn't have tpms, or the light is just burnt out, either way I've got no light. And I'm old school so i check tire pressure myself regularly so I don't need no stupid orange light on my dash

If the inspection shop is near your house, park next to your wheels that have the sensors installed, the light should go off, then drive to get your inspection. The light won't come on for 25 miles or so.

You do still need to know the ID# of the new sensors with this tool, it can't scan them but any tire shop should have a tool capable of reading the IDs from your installed sensors. Once you have them, you download the current numbers from your truck to this tool, connect to your PC, upload the new sensor IDs using the app, plug back into the truck and hit the summer or winter button on the tool to swap the sensors. Future swaps (assuming you only use this for one vehicle) just need you to plug into the truck, push a button that goes with the wheels you're installing, unplug and you're done.
