    It is a 4' x 3' floating dock I made for the turtles in the lake to sun them selves and dry out on . We have a pair of Eagles that use it also.

    Here is a more interesting calculation.

    Take my tire width in MM, convert it in inches. Multiply that by 2, then subtract 0.4331 from it. Multiply that number by my wheel diameter. Divide this number by 10. Now subtract that number from 51.73627. Take your product and put it to e+2.

    Here is for 265/70r17
    Now what we have is:
    265(mm) x 0.0394 = 10.4331 (inches)
    10.4331 x 2 - 0.4331 = 20.4331
    20.4331 x 17 (wheel diameter) = 347.3627
    Now what we have is:
    347.3627 / 10 = 34.73627
    Then
    51.73627 - 34.73627 = 17
    17e+2 = 1700
