I will take a picture when I get home. Basically, I used a 24mm socket and 2' long breaker bar and lodged it on the right side of the skid plate bracket located below the crank. I turned the key <1 second, just to turn the crank. I did it twice and the bolt was loosened.

I was very methodical about the install and followed the instructions very carefully. Everything went well except for one wrench which almost became a permanent part of the truck...

    20161118_142146_zpsrg7sbgxk_2d6649a66efd21e404820bbf83761ede3fc05ae4.jpg

Now I need a new wrench.

No other major issues and it was complete in about 15 hours over 2 days. (Picture before I drained overflow to correct level)

I went to the dealer this morning and had it flashed.

I have never had a supercharged vehicle and the change is AMAZING.

How did the flash go? Any kickback since it is "non-TRD"? Mind if I ask how much the charge was? I am scheduled to get my flash done on Friday. The bully dog tune just doesn't feel right to me.

I ran StopTech slotted rotors on my 325i and loved them.

Flash was $114. Not a word except that it was the first supercharged Tacoma they had seen. I asked for a print of the results to verify version vs TRD manual.

Install update: Everything is installed. The truck cranks over and runs. :frusty: I have a gas leak, probably from the injector installation. It looks like a small plastic black cap came off of the fuel rail and gas is leaking when the fuel pump turns on. I'm going to try and see if I can get to the rail by removing the air box. Hopefully, I don't have to remove the charger or drain the inter-cooler coolant.

After blowing up two pullers I recruited help. I have a friend that is a mechanic at the local Ford dealership, he pulled it for me no problem.
I'm hoping to do my install this friday. Hopefully BD support will be working that day!
