i just got the clutch/ flywheel replaced. The clutch pedal is very light and doesn't fully disengage the clutch, it's also difficult to put in first gear and reverse. It's a 95 2.7 any ideas?

Sounds like whoever replaced it f***ed up. The clutch should release easily and completely, without any funny noises, grinding, or binding in any gear..

Not to make you jump to any conclusions, but when I got my stage 2 clutch put in a few months back the stupid shop put it in backwards. It shuddered something fierce when moving from a stop in first gear, was hard to put into 1st gear or reverse and made a god awful chattering sound between 1st and 2nd.

For what it's worth, my clutch pedal is always really light right after a clutch job. Seems to go back to normal within a few hundred miles of driving though.

If you had a problem you should have never left the shop

For me, the backwards clutch felt fine for the first few days, wasn't until about a week later that the problems started to show up. From what I've been told a clutch being put in backwards will technically "work" for a short while. But it goes downhill quick.
