I'm an SR5 fanboy. My 2006 was the SR5 and my 2016 is also. V6 4WD. It does absolutely everything I ask of it. If I want more "Fancy Shit" I can just add it.

    G.

    P.S. Mine's been fine.

SR 4x2 2.7 AC checking in. No complaints. Great truck so far. Hauls all my stuff, came set up to be easily upgraded to the important stuff (CC, Intermittent wipers). It's a pretty decent truck. I'm super happy with it.

My Sr5 had the whistling lower control arms (fixed with plugs), zerks were dry (I greased), transmission was 1/4 low from factory (fixed), had the delayed reverse to drive and 1st to 2nd (fixed with Tsb), I've had 2 rear diffs replaced (still howls, normal now according to Toyota) and the b pillar rubbing noise crap when cold. It's not trim specific I assure you.

That delayed reverse to drive...what's the issue there and what is TSB? (I obviously have this problem as well). Driving a 2016 SR

Toyota refers to it as sqwack control, they released a tsb (technical service bulletin) with a software update for the ecu to address it. There's a whole thread on here dedicated to it or mention to your service advisor.
