This thread sure has been dead this week...Nobody lifts over the holidays?

I just bought these silica packets for anyone else out there making their own PWO. I'm going to put a couple in my container (Mr. Hyde also does this) and then put a few in each of the individual ingredient bags too. I would've thought they would come with them but for the price I can't really complain.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/100-Packets...223191?hash=item3f65d25697:g:nq4AAOSwGotWhGzr

There were better deals but this one is out of the US and also 2g vs. 1g from China...

I am! Now that my semester is finally over (minus finals), I can lift in the afternoons as much as I want. The plan is to go tonight, tomorrow night, Thanksgiving morning, and Sat morn.

I went to do legs Sunday and after squats the wind knocked the power out at the gym and they kicked everyone out. Little gainz were made

Ya'll ever had an unspoken gym rival? I got a new one today. I've seen this guy 1 time before but today we were doing pretty much the exact same workout. He was bigger than me, but not stronger. We pulled in the parking lot at the same time and I could tell by the way he backed in his F150 that he was going for Chest/Tri, which I was doing today, so I made sure to get in ahead of him so I could claim the only bench we have. He did DB bench instead and as soon as I was done with the barbell bench he asked if we could switch so he could use it. I decided at that point there was no way I was going to finish before him so I had to extend my workout about 10 more min to make sure he called uncle first. I'm pretty sure he knew what was going on. As long as he knew I was alpha, that's all that matters

I usually go Friday after work, but I don't wanna go 4 days in a row, so I decided to skip and go Sat instead.....bastard

Lol, I don't have any rivals, but I do try to establish my alphaness whenever there are other bros in the gym. There aren't too many "beasts" at our gym, but there are 1-2 guys who are way out of my league because they're on dem guud supplements, but for natty folks, I can usually claim my spot as the alpha with no problems.......unless it's a 'sick abs contest' :anonymous:

Did shoulders and tris last night and this guy came in who hasn't been in the gym in months due to a shoulder injury. Last time he saw me, I was about 185. I'm 211 now. As soon as he saw me, he shouted across the gym, "Got damn, Zach done got on dat crocodile juice!" (this must be the black term for steroids lol). He thought I weighed 220-230. I could've made out with him after that. #thosefeels

seated bb ohp: 4 sets @135
bent over db flys: 4 sets
standing db front raises: 4 sets
db shrugs: 4 sets to failure w/ 110 lb dbs. No straps, but I did have to take my wedding ring off to keep from severing my finger
    v-grip triceps pushdowns: 3 sets
overhead triceps rope extensions: 3 sets
bodyweight dips to failure: 3 sets

I have been eating 4500 calories everyday for 2-3 weeks now and my weight hasn't moved at all (that's also including 2-3 cheat meals per week). I guess it's time to go up to 4750 calories.

    Does she look like this?

What kind of ingredients are u guys putting in your home made pre workouts? Im sad that they dont sell caffeine powder anymore.

Picture from the other day. Nicole got a PR with 70's on incline dumbell press (for 6). I got 140's for 8. Then we ate a box of donuts lol

Damn congrats on the PR's. I plan on lifting today and eating more peanut butter pie post workout haha.

I do some homemade pre and started off with caffeine tablets, beta alanine, citrulline malate, and creatine. Since then I ran out of citrulline malate. So now I only use caffeine tablets, creatine, and beta alanine. In my opinion, no difference in performance and way less bitter tasting without the citrulline malate.
