Curious for those who said they wanted a refund...do y'all still want the product and just don't feel like making op some extra money OR have you changed your mind and don't want the thing anymore?

we all signed on a GB, y'all stuck waiting regardless of wanting it or not installed on yours truck at this point....

this reminds me of the early 2000s years when big ballers spent money on rare jdm subaru parts shipped via container, shit was always way overpriced and 6 month wait times past the advertised 1-3month...

may this experience serve us all well

There is a minimum order of snorkels for the buy. 50.

Those first 50 are locked in. No way of getting a refund. Even if they wanted one.

The reason is because if 50 is the minimum order and the people that wanted refunds are in that first group, it would cancel the group buy price.

Therefore, the ones that want to wait for the snorkel despite the whole issue, will be left out of the group buy.

The second group of individuals will qualify for rebate since that second group of 50 never finalized.

I for one still want a snorkel. I do not want the OP to profit from my purchase now.
I always wait until the job is complete before spending any of my customer's money, so that I ensure that I am spending my profit, and not money that should have gone to materials and/or labor.
I would respect Max if he at least came on and posted that he fucked up and is trying to make it right. Instead we get near silence and an intervention by a mod.

In short, OP is a douche nozzle.

That's my .02 and I know many wont like it.

We just need to be prepared for the worst case resolution - Anyone in the first 50 will get a snorkel, no refunds, regardless if they want it or not.

We just need to be mentally prepared for it, if it happens.

I'm not trying to stir the pot.

Not trying to piss people off.

BS and hate aside, I'm just being a little realistic.
