Hey man, how's it going? The part your talking about is the 7 pin that you would put in the same location as mine right?

    If so then it's;
    Hopkins
    P/N 47205

You will still need the wiring harness that attaches to the truck. Do you still have the paperwork I gave to you?

I think it was Sura, which is a Korean and Japanese place, not Thai.

Here's an ignorant American question. What exactly does typ Korean food consist of? Only thing I've heard of is BBQ which is pretty self explanatory.

Korean food... Honestly one of my favorite cuisines.

They have your typical Korean BBQ which is a standard diy cook in front of you BBQ style that includes a number of 'side dishes' or as some would call 'free tapas' depending on the restaurant. It's a standard in korea to get the side dishes but in the US only certain restaurants include it. Then you have your standard normal non BBQ meals which are bimbambap - a rice dish with veggies meats, eggs, etc in a burning hot clay bowl.

Spicy food is also big in korea but my stomach can only take so much of it, budjegae is a huge hit as it is made out of kimchi which is like a pickled cabbage - also a staple for korean culture (kimchi). I could go on but your best bet would be to YouTube Korean food. Some of the best food I have ever eaten was in korea..

Alright so spent the afternoon in the machine shop banging out a new switch panel. I give credit to iggy for the idea and for the initial dimensions however I didn't need all those switch options and wanted something a bit more custom.

My cb speaker sits in the cubby behind the panel and there will be screen mesh behind the speaker slots and 5 switches to the left of it. Instead of the handles I have a 10-32 threaded hole in the corner to thread in and pull on to remove the panel after installation. I am in no way trying to rip off and profit on iggy's design I just wanted something more custom and had the means to do so. In the photo is the iggy panel and my own. (don't mind the overruns.. I had a mathematical error with the cnc...)

Thanx again Rob, is your bumper the same as mine? Doesn't look like I have the same amount of room to drill that spot(on a flat)so it looks factory like u did.

Looks good Jason, what keeps the right side from rattling? just the weight of the radio?

Does it rattle? Not sure it's just a friction fit plate with no bolts holding it down. Test fitting...

Ill drive around a bit and see how it holds up. I'm sure with a big enough pothole it'll pop out...

That depends on which Korea you're talking about....
Pretty sure in North Korea it consists mostly of pain and air, with a cup of dirty rice.

    Hey DoubleRGirl

I missed you at the meet last Saturday, and would have liked to see your build.

And don't worry about tobacco, I usually don't have a problem.

I finally got my truck semi cleaned today and feel a little better , but it seemed Saturday was the last beautiful day that we'll see for a bit and I'm glad we got out in it.

Yes your bumper is the same as mine. Mine is just painted to match my truck. You need to figure out where to drill the hole so that the piece is as close to your plate as possible and even then the bumper curves away a little bit. It's because of this that I put a little piece of rubber coupler on the back and secured it with a hose clamp. That's what really holds mine tight in there so that it doesn't move
