Did you have to pound any of the below spots to get your 35's to fit on full bump/lock?? I'm assuming yes, since my 295's barely fit, but i just wanted to ask...

Only between 9 o'clock and 11 on the photo, had to get pretty friendly with the 6lb sledge... I added some 3/8" bumpstop spacers to avoid rubbing the top section, so far so good

Interesting......with my setup I'm insanely close to rubbing between the 2-3 o'clock position in the photo...

    Thanks

Question about the LED bar in the hood scoop: do you think a 13" bar would fit, widthwise? Did you have much room to play with? I'd like to put one in my 05, and I don't think the scoop dimensions changed when they did the facelift.

Mine has a couple inches on each side, so you may be able to fit a 13", not sure. I know the older 2nd gens have quite a larger scoop than mine, should work out

Routed my OBA to the rear bumper yesterday. Now my dog doesn't have to get out of the back seat when I air up!

Quick question - when you were at the part of Manzanar mine where you can drive in were you north of the landing strip? I've always looked for it on the access road headed south from the airport back to Lone Pine and haven't found where it is. I'd like to check it out next time I'm up there. I just have never driven north towards Independence on the dirt road so I thought it could be up that way. Nice build and adventures!

You actually drive over the landing strip to find it, right across from Manzanar. All the way at the end of the road make a left, and it's right there. Coordinates: 36.751473, -118.050377
