Radio auto dim function

Thanks in advance if anyone has an answer to this. Is there a way to turn off the auto dim function for the radio? Everytime I go under an overpass it'll dim for a quick second. I want to disable it because I find myself taking my eyes off the road to look at the radio.

 

I know I can adust the sensitivty of the auto lighting with my OBD2 device and the Carista app. Play around with the settings and see if you can get to it there.

Try going into settings with the headlights on and change settings to daytime mode. Not sure if that will change the temp dim from overpasses.

 

Sarakaki, I wondering off you ever got this issue resolved. I have 2022 that is doing the same thing and it's very annoying. Thank you!
