The alignment should be the same, regardless of tires

So going from a 265 to 285 shouldn't have a problem? Just have the local tire guy put the tires on the rims make a few cuts also maybe some Spidertrax wheel spacers and ill be good to go?

Junping up in size like that will change suspension geometry a bit. Toe will change because of the width. It wouldn't be a bad idea to get another one done.

Alignment heads clamp onto the wheel and are based on angles at the knuckle. Tire size isn't a factor.

Thank you for the help guys so i think I'm just gonna go ahead and put them on and in a month or 2 when i have the truck off schedule for an alignment just to make sure every thing is alright.

I lifted my truck and ran stock size 265's, had an alignment done. Put 285's on a few weeks later, and had another one done. I remember looking at the sheets and seeing different numbers. But i suppose that may have been from my lift settling :notsure: I'm probably wrong then. I have to do some more learning

Quick little update on my stt pros. They have been awesome off-road so far. Put 5-700 highway miles on them (I don't know exact number). 200 of those miles are pulling a 2k trailer. All 4 tires still have the little dots on the tread. They are wearing like iron. Loving them

Just placed my order for 285/70/17 just wondering if people are still liking these tires?

What tire pressure is every one running on the road?

Why aren't people posting more STT Pro pictures? I'm waiting for that Black Friday sale to purchase a set. I have the first STT in 37s on a Jeep and they're fantastic!
