What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

That's what I'm thinking or from where you put the horn at

 

Fluid film, 3 cans, a trigger sprayer for the cans, took me about a hour.

 

The horn is inside the engine bay now, on the side, right by where the batter goes. So might be the holes... going to "test" it out and slap some tape on them and see what happens.

Added lights to the Prisnu roof rack, and a new TRD sticker.

 

Might have to steal your idea of the lights on the side of your rack..

 

Installed my PAC-RC steering wheel controls yesterday. I've only been sitting on the PAC controller for about 2 years now. Just never felt like doing the install. Super easy install!

 

I have them mounted on the side of my canopy too. Kind of like perimeter lighting.

All good man, no worries. But that horn relo thing makes sense. Hoping that's what it is and I can just cover up the bolt holes.

 

I have gotten caught out on the trails a couple of times after sunset, and having the perimeter lighting really does make a difference. Great for camping too.

 

I would but the only changes is that my steering wheel lights work again.

What are the splicing taps??? Never Seen before. I like those. Where get? Or what are they called.

 

They are called t-taps. It just 'snaps" into the wire, has metal inside, to make contact with the wire itself that you need to tap in to.

I have a bunch if you need some. Got them on ebay.

Thanks but i don't want you giving up your stuff. I know of and use the blue type scotch locks. But never seen with a blade coming off them like that

It's really no biggie, trust me. The pack I bought brought a ton of those things. Figured I'd get them just in case. They are tiny and are easy to stick in an envelope and put in the mail.
