5000 miles and MAINTENANCE light comes on

    bull bar and offroad lights, tool box and other minor storage mods
    went on a small road trip today, on the way back home i was psyched to see
    the odometer hit 5000 on my 08 4cyl reg cab.
    of course AS SOON AS it clicks to 5000 the 'maintenance req'd' light comes on.

    i'm 99% sure this is a computer controlled way to make you go back to the stealership for your first tune up, correct?
    well, i already changed my oil at 3600 miles, and just put in my new air filter...

    so is there a secret to getting this damn light off myself?
