    Fuck frowning upon shit. Get what suits your needs. I'll end up with all aluminum at some point to save weight and provide insurance against potentially more expensive damage that would strand me in the middle of nowhere. Plus easier for maintenance and helps prevent cat theft LOL. Unless you have a dedicated trail rig and spend most weekends dragging your ass along boulders on Fordyce or the Rubicon, why?
