We are gonna lose just saying. Too many injuries, we have 9 starters out this week against LSU so....

I keep bugging Prinsu about making one for our DC's but it doesn't sound promising. I'm wondering how this one would look on ours? Just a few inches short???

I'd assume more like 6-8 inches short. I've talked to Zack about the racks and it's just seem that he isn't too confident in the structural integrity of our roofs. If all else fails, I'll just save a ton of money up and throw it at him.

Yeah, it's the nicest looking roof rack out there as far as I'm concerned.

Pretty much how I feel. Literally all I would put on it is a 100w solar panel and maxtraxs.

Is there that much of a difference in structural integrity between the extra cab and double cab roof?

As far as I know, yea. The shorter length as well as extra cross supports definitely add strength. You could pay someone to probably add some supports to the roof, but even then I don't know if it's worth it at the moment since there is no production rack for the double cabs.

Thanks! Love the look it gives me. Yeah that's all it is, not enough strength up there for all the weight. He said if he had a test truck he would attempt it. But if you throw enough money at him I bet he would if you were close enough

You could look into using a 2nd-3rd Gen 4Runner stock rack. I've heard people do that

Hey josh since I'm to lazy to go look back. Does the rivinut stay in the hole on the roof if you unbolted the rack from the truck?

This was going to be my next option. Although if I have to drill into the roof, I'd rather hold off for the Prinsu or maybe a custom one. We'll see...it's more of a want and not a need at this point for me.
