Aero turbine 2525xl, VLEDs interior and exterior lighting, Line-x rocker panels, Bushwacker Fender flares. Goodyear Duratrac tires with Dick Cepek DC2 wheels, Betterbuilt Toolbox, Cali Raised LED light bar. Morimoto H11b 5500k HID lows
I did go for a 15 minute drive. Its raining like always in Oregon and traction control kept kicking in on every 2nd gear pull. I can say that throttle response has improved, exhaust note is deeper, quiet when cruising but when you mash it truck really begins to pull harder at 3500 rpm

    Yup-
It uses the airbox bottom- you remove it, and replace the plastic funnel with this rubber cone. Not particularly elegant but effective.
    Thx

I think i successfully made a "build page". Take a look if you're interested. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/louies-build-2016-trd-off-road-double-cab.417631/
Im working on the same thing. I'm mounting mine inside the bed as opposed to outside. 4' firestix. So you didn't do any additional grounding? Just the bolts that hold the mount to the body?

Cool. Show some pics when done, that must look really clean.

I did do additional grounding as per the photos below. I just found out at the end (using the swr meter) that the bolt itself is pretty grounded. But I decided to leave the ground cable in place. I have the cable routed through the tail light assembly and attached to the small screws that hold the quarter panel in place...since they seam to make ground contact with the frame.

Bought it 2 days ago, and removed the front apron right away. That thing is hideous.

Also gave it its well deserved photoshoot!

    Great idea.

I have been thinking about covering up the idiot stickers on the visors also as I hate looking at them.

How well does the vinyl stick to the fabric material on the visors

Sticks ok because the vinyl is on top of the laminate material and not the actual fabric.

No clue. Sorry. The dealership installed it as I had no time to do it. I'm in the middle of moving.
