    Since it's almost Thanksgiving I thought I would share a fewthings I'm thankful for.
    This year has been a hard year for me but this forum has been a happy point and the people I've met because of it are genuine.
    I've been on lots of forums and this one is different.
    @TankoMyTaco @JLee @Nimble9
    just to name a few Thanks
    Anybody share somebody/something you are thankful for

    Thanks! I'm definitely thankful for you helping me out when I was pretty low after the engagement and 8 year relationship ended.

    I'm thankful for the the NJ bs thread, rausch creek, and great friends like @Urineovrurhead @Firebird @MY50cal @fatfurious2 @HolyHandGrenade @nj636 and many many others. This forum has taught me a lot, encouraged me to spend a bit of money haha, and I've made some really great friends!

    2016 has been a rough one. I lost my Father, My Aunt and my Job. I am also rapidly losing my Hearing. This forum has helped keep me sane late at night when I can not sleep. Thanks everyone. God bless.

    Amen.... the world is a cold cold place with all the bad things happening. It's nice to have these forums to get your mind off of things, even if it's just for a bit

    I am thankful for this Forum and all who reside here. I've only been a member for a short time, but I find comfort here. The stress of repairs and swimming in unknown waters is sometimes overwhelming, but TW and all you amazing members makes it bearable....and fun...thanks again....to all of you...

    This is a great thread! 2016 has also been a great challenge for me regarding my truck and personal life. I am thankful for the help you all have given me to keep my truck rolling when I could not afford to just bring it to a mechanic and say fix it and also so thankful for local friends with shops that were always willing to let me use them afterhours for free to act on advice you all gave me. I am especially thankful for my wonderful employees, it was a rough year and they worked extra hard and long hours even when they didnt have to. And of course, i am always thankfull my family made it through another year safe and happy. I wish everyone to have a Blessed and a Happy Thanksgiving :)

    I'm thankful that I'm getting up to go to a job that I enjoy. I'll say a prayer for you guys that lost your job this year. Hope things turn around for you. 2016 has been good to me, we had a baby girl and bought a cabin.

    Even though I'm not with my family.... too long of a story, I'm grateful to be born in the USA, which despite what anyone says is still the greatest country in the world, with the most generous, hard working and hopeful people on earth.

    God bless every TW member and the guests too,
    Mark

    Same as everybody else...
    So far 2016 has been tough. My former brother in law, who remained close to our family, passed away after a rare autoimmune disease. My son who is a former Marine and suffers from PTSD and many physical side effects from his service in Afg has moved back in with my wife and I. We are working with him and the local VA to keep him on track, he is currently talking about taking college courses at the local community college. We are trying to give him some purpose and a new "mission" , hopefully that helps. My wife has been on short term disability since October and isn't expected to return to work until January. Myself, I messed up my back in late June and it seriously tweaked my si nerve. I have been in constant pain for about the last five months, only recently am I finding relief. Still I have my family, my wife and a new grandchild. I have a job and have managed to pay the bills and keep us afloat while all of this craziness swirled around us. I'm almost 58 years old and learned along time ago that life is not a graceful arc and to be thankful for what you do have. There will be days in the future that will be more challenging than these so I am thankful I can swing my legs outta bed, get dressed and still function and contribute.

    I'm thankful for the Wheels and Tires forum.

    Without it, we'd be inundated with various wheel and tire questions here.
