I have a 2012 Taco, Dbl Cab, 6 cyl Auto, 4WD. I have 55,000 miles on it. My question is: How Often or After How Many Miles should you think about changing your Radiator Hoses and Drive Belts? I do a lot of Off Road Driving and would hate to have a problem with any of these. I would be interested in knowing how long any of you went before changing belts/hoses. Thank You

    When they wear out.

The belt will develop small cracks on the inside edges and when it does replace it. As long as you can squeeze the hoses and if they feel flexible they are good to go. Once they get brittle you'll hear and feel a crunching sound when you squeeze them. My 07 has 175,000 miles. I take it to an independent shop that I trust every spring and leave it telling the guy to replace anything needed, or that he thinks won't make it till next year. So far the belt has been replaced twice. I still have the original hoses and coolant. It still tests fine.

I just replaced my drive belt and radiator hoses. Truck is almost 11 years old and 56K miles. The drive belt was ready to replace. The ribs wear down and don't contact the pulleys correctly.
The radiator hoses could have gone a few years longer. $20 for both hoses was cheap insurance so I tell myself.
