    Why "idiot"

It's ugly, dealer-installed, likely low quality parts on an over-priced new vehicle. Add in the idiocy of buying off the lot when the vehicle depreciates 20% minimum and the known/unknown '16 issues in play documented here and elsewhere.

Don't be offended by my opinion, you certainly have yours. But mine is as I stated above.

What pissed me off was the this Toyota dealer had told me they had a 4x4 sport in the lot and asking price was just under 36k. Went in the next day and they had it sitting like this, TRD wheels, and a leveling kit for a whopping 46k. Shit pissed me off since I had spoken to the sales manager the night before and not once did he mention any of the upgrades they had already done to it. Total waste of my time!

It's not my cup of tea, but I see at least one advantage to paying extra for a dealership-modified truck. There's no way they are going to be able to deny warranty work for needle bearings, wheel bearings, differential, etc. If you buy the truck and do any of that stuff yourself that same dealership is going to laugh at you and send you on your way when something inevitably goes wrong.

Maybe Toyota Southeast asked every large dealership to take an Inferno and kick it up a notch.

Like to see the the sticker on this truck. Did they swap out all the badges for black ones, or paint them then reinstall? Just curious to see what the charge is on the badging.

I dipped my badges but I'd much prefer gett'n them OEM black.
