What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Yeah.. my mom bought one of the 2012's with a v6 because she heard they weren't going to offer the v6s in the next gen. Then the new ones hit the lot and she liked the look of them so she traded for a 13! We were both impressed with the I4 considering it's lack of cylinders, but v6 was definitely better.

I agree. If they were rugged enough for my purposes I'd consider owning one.

Mine is a different style ARE, but yes, it's held on with double-sided tape.

 

That ebay one sounds perfect as mine is 10" at the top and 9.5" at the bottom. Was wondering if there was a trick to getting the moisture out though? Thought i'd try that first before getting a new one if there's an easy trick to doing it. Thanks again!

 

I suppose you could drill a small hole, let it dry out and then seal it back up.

Some people are clueless. I have a brother in law that refuses to change the oil in anything he just adds oil as needed.(or does not add any) Now his Ford Expedition needs an engine.
