Had a fun meet with 6 members :)
For anyone who couldn't make it. We will be heading to gearheart beach on Sunday the 4th of December. Meeting at Chevron Gas station off 26 in north plains at 9am.
Plan on driving the beach a little and getting some Mcmenamins at Gearheart for lunch.

good seeing some new faces tonight. lets do a snow run up to the cooper spur shelter sometime. 9 miles of exposed logging roads. at the top is a nice camping area with a view of the east ridge of hood.

good opportunity to meet, cook some food maybe and have a few drinks.

If you have a good set of snowshoes/crampons and an ice axe, we can get to the shelter at 7k ft. Other than that i dont know what the road conditions are, i took these shots in early nov.

Hey everyone! We talked about the beach trip on the 4th. Would you prefer to make it a snowrun instead?? Just realizing might be bad weather at the beach being December.

Was nice meeting ya'll tonight! Good times!

I'm game for anything (rain or shine) than can be done on a Stock Taco, anything more advanced I'll need to beg someone to let me ride along (I'll chip in for gas and whatnot).

I owed ya for last week (me being a last minute flake).

It was good meeting everyone. Nice looking tacos.

I got inspired by @Saechao503 and threw my sticker on as soon as I got home. I tried throwing on that hitch he sold me as well, but couldn't find a long enough locking pin.

    IMG_0304.jpg

And I'll be down for the beach run or a snow run, but I'd only be a day trip for me. I've had enough of sleeping in the cold.

Yeah my locking pin was to short also. I think I bought the one I got now from sportsmans warehouse.
    Nice decal!

You can ride with me! Beach trip would forsure work to break your Taco in!
Unless anyone here has some good snow trails they recommend that are good for a stock Taco??

That's a good little drive and Hike. Me and my bro did it last summer and its awesome.. Perfect scenic drive and good spot to hang out and grab a bite.
It might be best to do it soon because they just got a ton of snow up there..
