Here is the thing: It's an Aussie spec series. 1,500lb. cars, 570hp V8 engines, tall air intakes. Not sure how I feel about the rest of the aesthetics. It looks like a modern spec racer with a low-tech front & rear wings and a tall intake slapped on top.

I've never been a huge Hamilton fan although I respect his abilities as a driver but his last lap was 9 seconds off his pole lap pace , thats pretty obvious what he was doing there

 

I hope Mercedes suspends him, a monetary penalty wouldn't even register with him.

 

Maybe I missed it, but is Palmer staying put? He never seemed to shine this season.

 

When Rosberg was leading the championship a couple years ago going into the last race and finished 15th after asking the team if he could finish the race in his damaged car , I don't remember a massive out pouring of people saying Hamilton didn't deserve to win and only won because of unreliability on Rosberg's car .

What comes around goes around , reliability is always a factor in the drivers' Championship

I kinda understand that was Hamilton's only option to win the Championship but I don't think it showed much sportsmanship especially to your own teammate and certainly not when you already have won 2 Championships with that very team
