    Want to make it a trip someplace. We have a couple stock Tacomas that will be joining so we are trying to figure out if we want to go to the snow or just play it safe and go to the beach.

    We were talking about the beach last night and now I got a big urge to go. I'm just gonna do an early morning drive out to cannon beach tomorrow morning probably leave around 8am and be back early afternoon if anyone is interested nothing crazy.

    Not sure about your application, but dad just uses a big old bolt, washer, lock washer, and a nut. It isn't coming off any time fast since most thieves aren't normally going to carry that big of a socket set or wrenches.

    I don't think so. The only one I know of is that one in Gearheart you were talking about. I just like to take the dog out to cannon and let him do his dog thing.

    I think the beach on Sunday will be the best bet. Keep the stock tacos from getting dinged up and still able to go :) save the snow for later in the year
