Death Valley. A place where one can clear the mind and figure things out. Its monsterous, beautiful, and deadly -- all at the same time. And the demon burros are a trip to see up close. But not too close. A fantastic time with solid friends. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

2017 zr2. I want one. Price and all considering what I spent on upgrades. Only downfall is the limited amount of aftermarket gear. I said it.

Theres about an 1" or 2" in higher elevations up by the ski resorts. Only about a 1/2" in town and by my house20161126_184622.jpg

The shitty part for us locals is that there is still a ton of people who came up from down the hill for the holiday weekend and have no clue about snow driving and most don't know how or where to put there cables/chains on so there is small accidents and people stuck everywhere on the roads. Cluster fu@#. 20161126_190550.jpg

Me and my girl just had to cut through cactus flats on 2no2 into big bear coming up highway 18 to get home because there was a massive pile-up of flatlanders blocking the road putting on chains or did not have chains at all and where Stuck in the middle of the road.

So turning a negative into a positive we just did our 1st snow wheeling for the year...at night  lol. Was pretty fun for me, my girl was not that stoked

That's pretty hilarious. I lived in lake arrowhead for a few years when I was really young like middle school age. It was always funny hearing my dad bitch about how annoying some of the drivers were because they drove so slow.

Cactus flats is plenty fun in snow. Damn shame about the outta towners wrecking the roads. Good taco sledding through cactus though. Literally. Pulling sleds with a rig. Gotta be a good snow driver though.

Ya people from the city get up here and I swear the altitude kills all there brain cells or something lol. Driving slow is the norm but sitting in the middle of two lanes around a turn blocking lanes trying to learn to put your chains on if they have them at all is a different kinda smarts o_O :annoyed:...the 330 from what i hear is even worse and also completely shut down.

Haha, in high school we used to take lunch trays and use them as sleds and pull each other behind our our trucks. Talk about some scary fun times lol.

Gonna be a winter wonderland up here tomorrow as more snow is expected through the night and Temps should stay cold all week with continuing Santa ana's, so the snow might stay around for a few days I'm hoping.

Word. Crappy photo but last January my buddy and I went sledding back in Holcomb. So much fun. Some solid spots to do legit hillside sledding with the youngsters back in there without the crowds.

I always have a couple of them in the rig. Snow wheeling in pitch dark is something I'm a square about. I gotta see the sledder.

Johnson valley was great. I love that place. Everyone had a good time too. Driving home in that rain was horrible.
