That's awesome. I'd be interested in driving down to visit to pick them up and maybe go home with them on ;)

    Not that far from Pittsburgh.

I think i successfully made a "build page". Take a look if you're interested. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/louies-build-2016-trd-off-road-double-cab.417631/
IMG_0318.jpg If you're considering pulling the trigger on sliders, I promise you can not go wrong with @Mobtown Offroad. I ran into some challenges (my fault, not theirs) and these guys are the absolutely best to work with. They are the opitomie of customer service. Not to mention the sliders are solid and look great. Not that hard to install, just looks intimidating. It's all just nuts and bolts. I immediately used my hi lift to jack the entire side of my truck using the sliders. Solid. Solid product, solid company. PM me if you need more details. Happy to help anyone decide.

The pattern we use now is almost the same. Just a few less holes. It gets a little crowded on the plates with all those holes.

If you want the sliders at 0°, just state that in the notes/comments on the checkout page.

Yes. Comment in the Order Notes when checking out what angle you want.

I think you have the best looking fill plates. I don't understand why everyone doesn't get fill plates; they add more utility as a step but more importantly keep rocks/debris from getting kicked up on the rocker panel.

We sell a ton of them now. It's quite rare that they're not ordered. We went with the smaller holes for a few reasons over the larger holes. Smaller holes keeps small dogs from getting their paws stuck or thru them and you're less likely to kick up debris thru smaller holes vs larger holes.

Yeah I don't understand why most vendors fill plates have giant holes in them.

Some prefer them to be used more as a step. It also puts the top tangent edge of the outer hoop that you'd actually step up on to 2" lower than where it sits at 20 degrees. Even better at zero degrees with fill plates. People with dogs and kids love them.

Example: zero degrees, kick out and fill plates.

Annnnddddd picked up! Didn't tear into them yet but all seemed to ship with no problem. None of the powder coat was, rubbed off in the corners that were lightly exposed. Thanks for taking my money Mobtown.

And now you have enough lumber to build a dog house when you take the pallet apart.

Haha. I was thinking an extra workbench. I could always bring it back when I come up for that rear bumper fitting.

Note to others have torx bits available if you are removing them from the pallet on your own.

Would sliders be lower to the ground than factory tube steps?

Typically no. Our standard slider is built at an upward angle of 20 degrees providing maximum protection to the rocker panel and doors. Often people get them at 0 degrees so they're flat and use them as a step. They still protect the rocker panel and doors when flat but sit 2" lower than the ones at 20 degrees. To get an idea as to where they sit, when built to 0 degrees measure 2" up of the underside of the chassis and that'll be the top of the slider that you'll step in.
