Thank you sir!! I actually took the scooped hood off of the 16 that I traded in. Dealer was cool with it so I kind of got lucky.

 

Here my sw dcsb sport! Lil mods, bed mat,all led lighting inside and out, mud guards, xd 820 grenades, and a chrome exhaust tip just because I like it!

 

You traded in 2016 Sports and got 2016/17 Offroad?

 

I did.. the 16 was 2wd so I upgraded to 4x4

She's almost 1 yr old now with 16K miles. Love it more and more every day. No issues since the July firmware upgrade that corrected the R to D shift issue. Plan on driving this truck for many years to come.

I'm diggin your setup dude! Such a clean looking ride with that lift. Is that a 2016? I have the same tires I am going to slap onto my ride pretty soon and am wondering how the decrease in power was compared to the stock wheel and tires.

 

Thanks man. Really appreciate it. I'm running the ICON Stage 6 suspension, with the front adjusted higher to fit the 34" tires. This truck is a 2017... Honestly, the lower loss isn't too bad. Truck was never a race car to begin with, but I cruise along at 75 on the freeway no problem. Adding the intake helped get a little of the lost power back.

 

Now that you're just about at 3' in the front, do you get any rub at all? I'm reading on different threads that some are getting rub with this tire size.

 

Very very nice! I have the same truck in long bed, same color too. I went with the Icon Stage-3, doing the install next week.

 

Are your rear tires larger than your front?

 

Well, I've done the cab mount chop and flattened my factory pinch weld. So, having done that, I now clear without rubbing, it just took a little extra work.

Edit, I haven't seen many 3rd gens running this specific sized trie. For reference, it is 285/75 17... Most common sizes that Ive seen for a lifted application are: 285/70 17 and 285/75 16.
