Dog Proofing

    Howdy,

    Aside from seat covers are there any solutions for door and center console? Some sort of covering?

    My dog is pretty good but over time will take a toll.

    Just use armor all or 303 with some regularity. You'll be good.

    Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    This is an adorable pupper.

    I'd say any sort of cloth cover you can stretch over the plastics/vinyls would be fine. Aerospace 303 is a UV protectant and Armor All kills all synthetics and feels disgusting.

    This works fine if the dog is an appropriate size and ONLY if you cross-tie them safely. Mine loved the ride

    Had my Tacoma for almost 6 years and I have 2 hunting dogs. I don't have a dog platform or anything fancy like that. They ride in the back seat all the time. I have Marathon seat covers front & rear. I do tuck a fleece blanket into the back seat, primarily to prevent sliding and to collect sand & dirt. I wash it as needed.

    I've seen no wear on the doors or center console. I wouldn't worry about it.

    I removed my rear seats and build a platform for the dog. That should let you know how I feel. Here she is at work with me today.

    I saw some people have removed the hing riveted pin and swapped it with a removable pin so the rear seats are easily removable for more passengers or dog platform
