They're pretty bad in my area.
A guy I know arrowed a good buck last month and it took off.
He waited at least 45 minutes before tracking and found it about 200 yards away.
By that time the hind quarters as well as the deer's nose were chewed up pretty bad.

Got 15 pretty good steaks from the back straps and a pack of chunks for a good round of kabobs. And 18 pks of hamburger. Left the shoulders whole ill do some crockpot roast with them. Not bad for a 120lb live weight.

Man there must be a lot of them around there...thats quite quick to get on a dead deer...usually overnight I can understand but within the hour...wow. looks like you guys need to set some traps and go coyote hunting...

We have them all over the place but they don't mess with kill right away.

Now a grizzly? Well that's a different story, lol.

Got a good buck running in my honey hole. My dad was off work last week and I told him to go up there. Saw him 3 times but never could get a shot. I haven't actually seen him, but I knew he was there. Someone saw him in a field across the street from my spot from the road and I found 15 horned bushes in about a 3 acre circle last weekend.

Dad said he saw him trying to run 6 does at once early last week. I'm
Off Tuesday so I'll probably try to round him up if it's not raining. Got a week off in 2 weeks, but he'll probably be about done running by then.

We were surprised at how tasty and tender that mule deer is. We had some of the backstraps cut into medallions for thanksgiving and they were really good. I hope the rest is that way. I was able to butcher up some nice shoulder steaks and a flatiron steak or two.

He stunk like all shit and get out when I walked up on him and dressed him out. My gloves absolutely stink!

I don't hunt enough to do that. If I get a shot I take it... This is 1 of 4 I see, I shot 2 of them and this one is the one that died...

All depends on how many does you have. If you only see a couple during the season, let it walk, but if every doe has a set of twins, a couple of young freezer deer are fine.

the suit however? probably makes a fuzzy bigfoot picture on someones game cam.
