    I raised mine and put it up inside little storage cubby in the bed. Instead of having a one way valve I replaced it with just an open vent. That way if you drive through some water with a warm pumpkin and differential it won't suck water in thru the axle seals as it cools down.

    Relocate the vent using rubber vaccum hose and secure it to the rear frame crossmember . also replace that vent with a small K&N filter

    Like I said before you can't even see it when the center section is in place.
    One of three ways only
    Drill and tap for something you find. Then you need to flush filings out of diff. Not so good. Or have machine shop or tech school make a nipple insert like factory.
    Or take new vent and weld extra piece for hose.
