    Seeing this all reinforces my decision to get in on some sliders.

    Are there little baby trails/ roads out there that are doable without protection, and that could be done easily enough solo? (for a newb)

    I think you'd be fine. I scraped some wheels but didn't hit frame or bodywork. I'd feel safer with sliders sure but there's good bypasses at most places. Like @sarsaparilla said, there was a stock tacoma and FJ there with us and made it through everything.

    Great pics. Looks like everyone had a great time. Some of those trails though... Thinking it was for the best that my stock taco and I sat at home lol. I already lost a bumper the last time I was there. I can't afford to lose anything else for a while. Hopefully next time you're all out I can get time to join.
