Turn e-locker on

How do i turn my trd locker on in 2wd?

 

You can't unless you've done the "grey wire mod".

 

Yup, there's a stickied thread at the top of the 1st gen forum that has the process for doing the grey wire mod, its pretty easy and allows you to turn the locker on at any time, not just in 4lo

 

But his got a 2wd right ? the grey wire mod don't work on the 2wd or does it ?

 

I assumed he's got 4x4 because on the Prerunners you can turn it on as long as you're under 15mph i think. He asked about using it while in 2wd which is what the grey wire mod will let you do in a 4x4 Taco
