I just think it might be easier at this point instead of trying to piecemeal 50 snorkels from Mahalo to just demand a full refund to everyone and set things back to zero if ok4wd was willing to honor a specified list from someone from this forum. Assuming that was an option, it could make TCBob's life easier in just requesting a refund of all money.

You are assuming he has the money to refund!

Yeah... we just don't know wtf is going on. If snorkels are already paid for and at port like OP said, then there would not be any money to refund to us. Need moar info!

Out of curiosity, has anyone contacted PP about possibly seeking a refund? We all know TCBob is involved, but I would be curious to see what PP would advise in a unique circumstance as this in the event everything does indeed to go to shit?

Odds are given all the lack of info and the people after spot 50 not being refunded their money that we know of. There is no money left and no snorkels available for shipping to us

Yeah, this shit show is dragging on far too long. We all appreciate tcbob stepping in and trying to make things right but still nobody has a fuckin clue as to what the hell is going on and if or when we might ever see our money or snorkels.

I agree. We're getting a little repetitive in here.

Step 1: Ask questions, get no real answers
Step 2: Speculate wtf is going on with our money/snorkels
Step 3: Get angry and hate on OP
Step 4: Talk about legal action and PayPal disputes
Step 5: Get tired of being angry and joke around for a while
    Step 6: Repeat

I bet ok4wd got a smoking deal on a shipment of 100 snorkels that were just sitting at a dock

    This...

Much respect @tcBob for stepping in, but we have still no word from anyone on anything here....

really shocked by the manner in which @mahaloTaco has up and left this thread leaving us all hanging with nothing here...

I'm still figuring there was an order made but not paid for (at least in full), and the money sent to OP has also been spent, so now he's up shits creek with no money, no product, and no way to swap one for the other, so instead of admitting to it, he's just going to walk away like it's no big deal because he's fucked up either way and won't own up to it.

I'd assume if he had money to refund the people outside of the original 50 buyers, they'd already had their refunds completed and would've posted here about it. Nobody has gotten a refund, so far as we know, and I think that speaks to the financial situation.

    Just my assumption, of course..

Unfortunately even with @tcBob helping I am really worried we are all screwed. I mean, if @mahaloTaco cannot even refund those of us outside the original 50, then what can we expect?

Not trying to ruffle feathers or pour salt, but...

I've periodically browsed here...if I was involved, I'd be in jail for doing something stupid yet justifiable imo, or pursuing legal action upon no response by the seller/OP after this long. You guys got your money stolen, plain and simple, do something about it beside bitch on a forum if you can.

No GB's for me. EVER. What a shit show, sincere apologies for those who got got

Has anyone even tried to contact the manufacturer to see if this is something they were aware of? I mean, the order as a whole, not you guys getting screwed

Yup. They said they can't talk about orders unless you're the one that placed it.
