    The paint I got from the auto parts store matched well. But I was doing it when I was in an apt, so I was spraying at night with only a flashlight as light, so the clear didn't come out as well as it could've. But its pretty close. The worst part is removing the 40 things holding the chrome piece to the rest of the grill assembly. I'm not kidding either, I think its actually 43 clips/screws.

    White plastidip is a cheap temporary alternative. I've seen grills painted with that and you can't tell too much
