Good, Chris. Had a reasonable 1st day back after my vaykayshun. Everyone left me alone to get through the 1700+ emails!

    How are you this evening?

Ok thanks no good to complain just more bs from work and docs. How are you liking your ditch lights? I want to ask for some for Christmas. I don't want too many lights but a couple in front and back would come in handy

I do agree the insurance companies essentially have a license to print money that is both health and auto since both are forced on people by fed and state law . In some circles it would be considered a monopoly but for some reason the FTC never looks at it like that. I also understand companies are in business to make money but when it is something that is mandated by law there should be some controls on it other then that charge what ever the market will bear if you don't have to buy the product well then that is what free trade is all about. By the same token there should be caps on lawsuits ..yes I know that may seem like a stretch but most of these insurance companies health and auto continually blame the high costs of lawsuits/defense if lawsuits and jury awards. If there is negligence / gross negligence etc yep no caps if it is a straight up accident in a vehicle barring any known and ignored mechanical issue etc or a medical procedure that goes wrong which can happen with out any mistakes being committed then yep cap it. If you through negligence prevent someone from working for the rest of their life well they get paid through a formula how much they make now, how much will they make with all pay increases assumed multiplied by life expectancy 75 men 80 women. Then you add full medical for them and if they are the sole provider for medical for their family then you the insurance company are paying the families cost too but !!! your just covering the best plan they choose costs all co pays are theirs just as if they had it through the injured party. There should be a base monetary amount for the whole ordeal , their lawyer paid, and the medical coverage also will extend to modifications to home if need be , specialty vehicle / mods etc. I will now get off my soap box but if these cap type systems were in place it would take the bullets out of their gun of an argument we have to defend lawsuits and pay them etc their losses would be reduced.

Hi Jeff hope all is well, it is fun looking at trucks just not the buying process for me. Our Toyota here has good prices but not much wiggle room. Tell him to check out battlefield Toyota in Culpeper out online. Price may make it worth the drive

    Evening Chris

Part of that goes right back to the insurance companies not wanting to pay out what they should, so people sue to get what is "owed" to them. Yes, there should be a cap on the payouts.

Oh it's all of his money! I'm just his chauffeur on this ride. He's retired Marine Ssgt who loves to debate, I almost feel sorry for the salesman.

Once I got them aimed correctly, they are amazing. I go to work early, and usually go back roads, and they saved me from hitting a deer this morning - or at least helped. I saw him earlier than I would have!
