    So... tires, wheels, and rubbing.

Currently running 2nd gen 16" alloys (5.25" BS) plus 1.25" wheel spacers. I rub the frame very slightly at full lock when compressed. It really doesn't bother me, but got me thinking. The only way to get off the frame would be to move the tire further out (less BS), Correct??? My 5.25" BS wheel plus the 1.25" spacer is the equivalent of running a wheel with 4.0" BS, Correct??? So, I would need something like 3.5" BS.???

    Am I thinking correctly here?

The smaller the backspacing the further out the wheel goes is correct.

Why did you go with the Thule setup again and not another DIY like on the 2nd gen?

I hope to eventually have the other style on my cab. It's a lot better for carrying small items that won't span the gap between the Yakima bars. The one downside to the one I made was the weight. It makes the shell pretty heavy when you go to remove it.

Also, I got the Yakima rack for next to nothing off craigslist.

I think the ideal setup for me would be bars on the shell, and a prinsu/front runner/DIY rack on the cab.

I've been playing around with my growing pile of stickers. Notice, they're all tactically placed on the passenger side to combat taco lean.

Ordered truck stuff-n-junk today. All at full retail price. I think I'm doing this cyber Monday thing wrong. :p

Sliders will be on their way next
    Monday. :D

Also bought a vacuum switching valve to get rid of this CEL. Fun fun.

On the other front, duck season is finally here. Aaaaaand I'm off to a less than great start. Here's a few hooded mergansers until i can find some more noble fowl.

Buddy, that thing is a tank. We call it the Appaloosa. It would
Make sense if you could see the paint job, or lack thereof.

    Welcome to rngr's Quack Emporium!

Currently closed for business due to my dealers deciding to extend their stay at the northern plains and prairie pothole region.
