Haha maybe not the most creative but maybe I can pickup another factory bed box from junkyard for the wee one in place. Did the Outlet Displace Mod.

    Gingers have souls. Why not?

Figured it's easier to replace later with more storage in the bed

Took roughly 40 minutes including the cleaning I think it's well worth it down the road. Again I'm thinking I have enough for the Tuffy boxes and money is no object.

    Appreciate it :)

I got the Tuffy boxes (2) one thing I would rec is to apply some sort of rust/corrosion protection on them while still new mine developed some corrosion and I had to address cause I sold the OEM boxes I had. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tuffy-box-rehab.452125/#post-13281598

There are so many great ideas in this thread.

Love the light. Super simple, works, and low cost!

Ripping those bins out is a good one. I pulled mine out and got lots of room for an air compressor. I also like the weather station. That's my plan for when/if the factory one goes south.

Believe it or not, I wish my doors handle cups had the film from when truck was new. Of all the scratches in the paint, none bother me except for the ones there.

I've heard that really good dealers will put them on their dealer stock.

Installed an access roll-up bed cover with the brackets that relocate the rails inside the bed. They claim the divider won't work with the rails moved. $40 at a machine shop to chop a couple of inches off the ends of the top arms on the divider itself and flipping the brackets made it work!
