On the 1st gen, first I had OME 881s with 5100s set on zero. At first it was an improved over the worn out stock crap. But then I noticed how harsh the 5100s were. Sold those before they took a shit, got Nitrochargers, but probably should have gotten N91s (I think that is the model). Honestly I was pretty happy with full OME and sway bar removed in the first gen, good for hauling loads and comfy when the bed was loaded, did fine at Moab on mild stuff.

But when I got the 2nd gen, I heard bad things about OME bottoming and clunking on 2nd gens, and was awaiting the much-bally-hooed BP-51s, but those have turned out to be a disappointment. So I started from square one again and took a very hard look at everything, and especially droop.

The E -rated Coopers @32 psi are, how shall we say, feelable. They are also 20 pounds heavier per corner that stock alloys with the papier-mâché Dunflops on this stock suspension. Like bowling balls on rubber bands. The family needs to be more comfy on long rides. And have more whoopty fun when we get to the middle of nowhere...

Thanks James. Hm. Doesn't allow touch screen input, so basically you still need to handle your phone with a cable. And for that price, you can get an Android head unit that is getting great reviews and has full touch input. I guess I should have taken "mirror" very literally.

except that it is not a ipad in your dash (I have the same). It picks only a few apps to allow, and they are never the ones I navigate with. I just use it to play my audio...
