    I don't care who you are the shackle flip is not a couple hours of work.
    Getting the stock rivets out of the frame is one of the most difficult things I've had to do to the truck.
    You couldn't pay me to do that in a parking lot somewhere. o_O

    Lift,Torch and a air hammer. Had shackle flip new shocks and brake lines on in 2 hours. Driveway job is a very different and longer story.

    Plasma cutter, driveway, jackstands. Plasmed the rivets right out and also enlarged the holes in frame with it. Fuck drilling. Still took a few hours. Hopefully Mojo has some good Mojo.

    I need to do mine too but I need to cut my fenders. Finally stuffed them into the wheel well enough to barely rub.

    Did mine the same way except In my drive way. Was a pita but worked. No way I'd want to drill those bastards out.

    Yep.
    It is when you have the proper tools and knowledge.

    :facepalm:

    :sawzall::welder::luvya:

    This.

    Substitute lift for a floor jack/stands and torch/plasma for a die grinder... "+" the heads, air hammer off, punch them out with the air hammer and drill to size. 5 min per rivet. Took all the rivets out of the ass end of my frame during disassembly and have gotten pretty damn good at it.

    Agreed but still not something I'd want to do in a rocky parking lot in December. ;)

    Tried that on a couple and it didn't turn out very well however, I'm not a surgeon with it yet either.

    Yup. Mojo tapped those rivets out with a toy hammer.
    Took less than 2 minutes in a rocky driveway.
